Fundraising For Katie
Since it was established, every penny of the Katie Wilkinson Research Scholarship funds has been raised or donated by people close to Katie, or touched by her story. Liz and Allan Wilkinson, Katie's parents, work throughout the year to both generate funding for UEA students, and support a variety of other complementary charities.

Quiz For Katie
Every year Katie's friends and family get together to have a good time and find out who is the smartest of them all!
Money raised goes towards the “Katie Wilkinson Forget Me Not Fund” for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research and other charities related to Katie's illness and interests.
A big thank you to everyone who participates in the quiz, the funds raised go to great causes.

Ceilidh For Katie
You simply haven't lived until you have Ceilidh-ed, we still can't get enough of the Wilkinson's Yorkshire take on this traditional dance.
Plus, the pie and mushy peas are worth crossing the country for.
The Ceilidh is held in November every year, and is a real feel good fundraiser. It is so lovely to get so many of fun loving people together under one roof.

Headingley Hero 2013
Since Katie became ill, we have received an incredible amount of support from Leeds Rhinos, and the Rugby community.
Rugby was such a passion of Katie's, that we are delighted to have raised £1,000 for the Leeds Rugby Foundation.
As a result Katie has become a Headingley Hero. Wow! Katie would have loved this.

Cakes for Cash 2013
A selection of our delicious cakes and sweet treats were scoffed down by the good people of Wimbledon.
Demand was high for these home baked delights, so expect to see another of these sales again soon!

Superleague Shirt Auction 2012
Our Charity Superleague Shirt and Rugby memorabilia Auction raised £1150 for Katie's " Forget Me Not Fund " for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research " -- a great amount, thanks to everyone who passed on the links and made bids.
It's been a very positive experience and we've met some great people along the way.
Many thanks to players and fans in the Rugby League community for all your support.

Charity Fun Runs
Many of Katie's friends and family have taken part in charity runs, including "Race for Life" since 2006. In excess of £5000 has been raised for "Cancer Research UK" and Katie's Research Scholarship.

A very successful raffle !
Thanks to the generosity of family and friends £2340 was raised for Katie's Scholarship - an amazing amount.
